First of all, all the glory and deep gratitude go to my beloved Amma Bhagavan for the gift he has given me. It is an incredible gift that is available to each one of us. And I cannot say how deeply I appreciate this gift.

I was raised to believe that anxiety was the way to solve problems. So, in my life, I worried and let the emotion of anxiety take over my life. It was all about anxiety. Everything. But like magic, the anxiety and the fears that accompanied the anxiety dissolved. It is unbelievable how simple it was (how it was). I did nothing. It was as if I were a helpless child in the arms of my beloved Amma Bhagavan, and they took care of everything.

When I was a child and even in my adult life, everything on this planet hurt. It felt as if I were being poked and prodded. It was as if everything were against me. And as I came to know, that is not the case. This pain and this emotional baggage were replaced by deep love, deep compassion for others and an unbelievable joy.

THE STORY

All my relationships suffered with this pain and this emotional baggage. The relationships now, after I received this gift, are simply beautiful. They flow from my heart naturally. I have so much compassion for others. And I cannot judge anyone. It is astonishing. And that is it. All the glory to my beloved Amma Bhagavan.

To this day, I see that joy comes so easily to me now. It is like when you know that a situation would arise and soon…

Where in the past I might have felt something about it, now it is that every moment is beautiful and perfect. And I catch myself laughing.

My relationship with my husband has never been better. We both have these personalities that are very strong. It is really incredible how now we both find ourselves laughing or having a very deep conversation about “what is”.

I also had, in my life, a very poor body image. I considered the body, in some way, as my enemy and that is not the case. I see it now… as if I were so grateful to it. Because the body is strong and beautiful, healthy and has withstood every storm that this life has thrown at it. I mean, it is incredible.

So I have (I have) this deep compassion and this deep love for him, which bubbles up, you know, no matter what. It is simply incredible.

I cannot say this enough: all gratitude, all glory goes to Amma Bhagavan. Because they are my heart. They are my guiding star. And they are always present. Whenever I need them, they are there.

I love you. I love you all. Have a beautiful day. And have a beautiful life.

Oscar Riquelme, from Chile, shares the miracle he received when he burned his hand. He had the calm to call for help and a surprise when discharged: the doctor who treated him was a nationally renowned burns specialist. Oscar had asked Sri Amma Bhagavan to make sure he had only the best doctors and that there would be no after-effects on his hand, which recovered miraculously.

“What a wonderful journey it has been. My life has become a true miracle.”

Kate, from Florida, reports that by the grace of the Divine she is experiencing an extraordinary connection with her family and her clients. John Dey, from the United States, tells how fear dominated his life for most of his adult life. He was afraid of being punished by his father, of his mother’s reactions, of his brother, his friends, his wife, his children. And now the fear is completely gone.

“I was always in comparison mode and feeling that I wasn’t good enough.”

Reseda, from Russia, tells how her relationships with close and dear people also changed. And in that new feeling, she senses a change in the perception of past hurts. There are no commentaries, no stories, no dialogues from the past. Everything is gone. And it is a relief. And the whole burden of the past has dissolved.
